About the Role:

As the Business Development Manager, you will lead the sales process from identifying new business opportunities to closing deals, including service agreements and new builds. You will cultivate strong, long-term customer relationships and increase market presence and awareness of the company’s BESS solutions.

Responsibilities:

Location: California & Texas, US

About the Role:

As the Commissioning Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the commissioning and testing of power generation projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and ensuring successful project execution.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the commissioning and testing of power generation projects.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Work with inverters, transformers, and switchgear to ensure optimal performance.
• Utilize SCADA systems and communication protocols for project execution.
• Conduct site visits and provide hands-on support (75% travel).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in commissioning or systems engineering in power generation.
• Strong knowledge of commissioning and testing power generation projects.
• Experience with Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) or medium voltage stations preferred.
• Proficiency in SCADA systems and communication protocols.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel extensively.

We have partnered with a leading BESS IPP to identify a Senior Construction Manager, who will be responsible for overseeing the construction/execution of standalone utility-scale energy storage projects in SoCal.

Responsibilities:

• Lead site project teams to complete BESS projects safely, on time, and within budget.
• Oversee contractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure compliance.
• Promote a safety-first culture on site.
• Ensure high-quality standards through inspection and testing.
• Manage site cost controls, including RFIs, Change Orders, and NCRs.
• Assist in procuring and contracting with EPC contractors and suppliers.
• Support commissioning.

Experience Required:

• At least 10 years of large scale renewable construction management experience.
• Experience overseeing construction/execution of BESS projects preferred.
• Commissioning experience or strong electrical background preferred.
• Proven capability to lead projects from conception to operational status.

This position offers a competitive base salary, 30% target bonus and comprehensive benefits. Per diem will be offered to candidates who qualify.
